Governor’s Cup

Annual final race for the season.

The course will be either windward-leeward or triangle, with first start sequence commencing at 10:30 am.  The plan is to run 2 races before lunch, go ashore at the Eastbay landing/beach for lunch and bio-break.  Bring your own lunch.  Then back out at 1:00 pm for the second two races.  The committee boat can ferry people ashore for those who want to anchor/moor boats off shore for lunchtime.  The water ski dock may also be available for tie-up.  Those with beachable boats can do that…

We should be wrapped up around 3:00 pm.  Scoring will be done after that, and trophies awarded at out upcoming banquet/meeting on October 14th at the Pinewood Supper Club.

Please note that the 4 GC races will be used to determine awards for the GC AND also count for the overall season race awards.
